Dedicated server crashing at the start

Hello, so when starting a server on my VPS, I'm getting this error, could I get any help?

Seems like Windows Server 2019 has so problem with Plutonium. I've downgraded it to Windows Server 2016 and it's now working fine.
Fixed.

Works fine on 2019. maybe your OS was bugged.
