Players are kicked randomly (zombies)

Hello community, i have a new server of zombies. All is working perfect but sometimes people are being kicked randomly like in their screen it says connection lost and then they are kicked but they have good connection (but in the tab it says 999 of ping (it is impossible because their internet is working)), also when in the screen it says connection lost they could steel play with out lag and okay but they are kicked (because of connection lost)
ALL OF THIS IS RANDOM = like if in the match there are 3 players, 1 could be kicked and the other 2 no.

lack are you running custom scripts on your server

at first, i dint used scripts and i had the error so, i tried adding scripts and iw4m and the problem inst resolved.
