bo2 not launching, at all

it gives me this error in the BO2 console:
Error during initialization:
Missing config file "default_mp_controls.cfg" during initiliazation. May need to add to code_pre_gfx.i tried doing this: https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/6353/how-to-repair-your-t6-installation
but it still did not fix it, if you can help with this, i would really appreciate it -
Did you deselect "create subfolder" option? Screenshot your bo2 folder and game settings of the launcher.

HannesC i have done that, and here
and the game settings are just the directory TO the folder (for me at least) so there's really no reason to show them, they're both in the right place however, both zombies and multiplayer have this problem https://youtu.be/iBofeQ46J7I
