how do i turn on constant radar on my server

Are you the actual Nebzei from YT? I can try to get a guy im friends with to help but that's only if he's willing to.

I only know how to do that with mods you can achieve it by calling setclientuivisibilityflag("g_compassShowEnemies", 1); on every connecting player or set level.forceradar to 2 in init but im sure there is also a way of doing that in the server settings
