Server keeps internet down.

I have been having issues with servers keeping my internet down. I found out that when my router reboots at 2 in the morning, my pluto servers keep my internet down. I dont know why they do this, and my router log has nothing to show other then my internet trying to come back online. This only happens when the servers are hooked up and then closing them when they are doing this seems to fix it. If any one knows how to fix this please let me know asap.
