UPnP is disabled but yesterday it was enabled

Hi I have some trouble with my UPnP. It is now disabled and I don't know how it got disabled cuz yesterday it worked fine. Could moving the computer to another network cause the problem cuz I took my laptop to my friend one night and we were planning to play bo2 zombies, then I tried to connect but it just says "connecting to server for like 5 sec then it dissappear. I know that portforward can help but I just want my UPnP to be enabled cuz I don't want to connect via consol everytime. Can someone please help me.

if you are both on the same network then you dont need upnp every router is different
