I was banned during a Windows Update (friends POV clip in desc)

I was in a plutonium match with a friend on "NamelessNoobs TDM Nukejacked" when i had a forced restart with Windows occur. Referring to the clip that i've uploaded, my friend is in the game when i get banned. It's a temporary ban but I wanted to submit a bug report and possibly a ban appeal if an earlier ban is possible.
Not sure how to recreate other than forcing windows to update or shutdown due to messing with registry files, any insight?here is the clip: https://streamable.com/48ely1
