it's always deleted by plutonium (the original steamapi.dll is not support windows 10)

it's always deleted by plutonium (the original steamapi.dll is not support windows 10)@SCPSUP steam_api.dll being deleted is normal. Plutonium deletes this to avoid conflicts with Steam afaik. The crashes might be caused by your antivirus. Try to add both the Plutonium folder and your BO2 folder as exclusions. See this guide
If that doesn't fix your issue then you might have to uninstall your antivirus. FYI Windows Defender the antivirus that comes with Windows 10 is very good for the average user and is free so I recommend that you stick with that.
