Change the Plutonium Overlay scale

Hello, I wanted to know if there is a way to scale up the Plutonium Overlay.
I have my screen resolution in 1600x900 modified to 2560x1440 for better videos and screenshots. Every programs I use allow to change the scale of letters for a better read like Bakkesmod for Rocket League :
I wanted to know if there is a parameter for Plutonium Overlay because it's really unreadable. If I take a screenshot and zoom-in I can read but as I modified my screen resolution, small letters became unreadable, here is an example of what I see :
