Can i play iw5 without it deleting the dll?

I have a copy of the game that i had to reinstall to play the campaign and it is really bothering me that everytime i play iw5 it delete's the dll. Can anybody help me?

Blsphmus you can either manually backup the dll file and put it back whenever you wanna play on Steam servers again or just repair your game in Steam and it'll automatically download all the required missing/broken files (so the dll).
You could create a .bat file to do that for you like you'd have a Plutonium IW5 shortcut and a Steam MW3 shortcut and it'll move the file inside/outside the folder depending on which one you launch.

Easiest thing would be duplicating your MW3 Steam folder and storing it somewhere else for Plutonium & the launcher to use.
