Launching game on plutonium

Every time I go and try to launch one of the games it’ll say the code execution cannot proceed because D3DCOMPILER_43.dll was not found. Any ways to fix this ? The steam version runs fine but I want to play online ! And launch the game without that problem

My final question it’s working great loads up now the lagging ? How can I make it run smoother
