I'm not sure, but I think you can use the English DLC, which also works with Spanish, you just need the maps. I have the game in Spanish and the DLCs of the English version.
You will need the Spanish DLCs in case any future Plutonium update includes the Spec Ops.

MaxSaga okay. I only download the dlc in English and paste them normally in my game folder, or should I make any changes?.
