Brandon8A this is not the WaW section + I'm pretty sure you could easily find an answer to this if you searched a bit but anyways.
Just like any other Call of Duty game you have to be at least level 4 to create a class. If you want to unlock everything you can type /unlockall in the console.
You can change the fov by using this command:
/cg_fov value -
Brandon8A Create-A-Class is unlocked at Level 4 and to change FOV, prees tilda and type in cg_fov (example: cg_fov 70)
