Ayuda, el juego no me inicia

Tengo un error con el juego, luego de abrir el launcher y darle al boton de jugar al black ops 2, me aparece la pantalla del cmd de windows y escucho el juego pero no me lo abre, solo me aparece en la barra de tareas, pero sin dejarme ingresar a la ventana para poder jugarlo -
