plutionium no se abre

instalo el launcher de la pagina oficial pero despues descargar e intentar instalar no abre, intente de diferentes formas pero ocurrelo mismo.
tengo windows 10 y no tengo antivirus instalados -

Install this https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/thank-you/net472-web-installer
Also uninstall McAffee, its known to cause issues with Plutonium and is a highly intrusive AV. Either way, you're better off without it.
