Friend stuck under the map

I've set up a CO-OP campaign server with my friend and he is able to connect, however, upon connection he is in a void under the map and keeps dying. How do I fix this?

FragsAreUs Private match, I tried a different mission and it worked but he is stuck in spectator mode

go to your %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t4\raw\scripts\sp
and delete zm_spawn_fix and then try
and or try zm_minplayers iirc just look for the minplayers command and set it to 2
