Error 0xc000007b

I just installed the BO2 Plutonium client on my laptop but when I opened it said that "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application." I have a 64-bit computer with DirectX 9, 10, 11, & 12 installed and my graphics drivers are fully updated. I tried all of the fixes I could find but none of them have worked.

are you sure you 100% have Directx 9 installed I would download the directx web runtime from here. That error usally means you dont have directx 9

FragsAreUs no, it usually means you're missing vc runtimes. -
ramenninja also delete those 2 random dlls you downloaded.

Marcos_Hyuga11 Did you follow what Dss0 said? Usually that fixes it, or else you're using some crap repack.

HannesC I have the same problem since I have installed reshade for the game and I know I can fix the problem by removing the reshade file from the bin but I need the reshade coz the game looks so bad without it.

@Ghost_Hafez There's no other solution aside from removing Reshade if you wanna play, as simple as that. You can thank the cheaters for that.
