Myself and a friend are trying to set up a server for our clan, however we can't figure out how to allow more than just the server host to have admin commands, anyone know a fix?

Grylls You can do it, allowing in the server configuration that the clients can connect through the RCON and by means of the password they identify themselves and execute the RCON commands, or in turn, if they are using a third-party Admin, such as IW4MAdmin, on the web page control you can add your friend as moderator or owner
