How to choose a map?

I successfully setup a T6 server on a dedicated server. Great! But it rotates through all maps by default. I only want to use the map 'Town' on regular (not Tranzit) mode.
This is how I set my dedicated_zm.cfg, but it starts in tranzit mode, how do I get regular mode for the map Town?

Max12345 You are using outdated config files that do not support Town.
