Incompatible UI version
-
In order to create a speedy patch we need more information.
- What game were you playing(mp/zm)?
- What map(s) did you attempt to play on?
- What gametypes(s) did you attempt to play on?
- Are you and your friend(s) on the latest version(at least r2100 or higher; open console to see)?
- Can you join a dedicated server on the same map/gametype?
-
JezuzLizard - zm bo2
- maps that don't work: origins, mob of the dead & buried
- normal game (tranzit)
- we are all of course on the latest version (r2108)
- yes we can join a server on any map but when it's a private match with our friends it doesn't work

UI Compatibility Error
Since the update of r2107 people have been getting this error in T6 Zombies. This only occurs when players attempt to join their friends via custom games in DLC maps. A fix will be rolled out soon, please be patient!
Possible solutions to try in the meantime:
-
Join at same time - You can use dvar zombies_minplayer x where x = amount of people required to join in order the game to start. You must type this before starting the match. Hopefully this will prevent the error.
-
Joining a public server playing those maps - at the moment, joining servers does not cause the error to occur and yes Easter Eggs work in servers.
-
(for advanced users only) Host a public server - take a look at this guide to help you https://docs.plutonium.pw/docs/server/t6/setting-up-a-server/

I tried with my friend and it didn't work
-
It also didn't work for me. Unless we are doing something wrong. When do you exactly do you have to insert the comand? We have to do it both or just the one starting the match?
-
@lResxt The Command you provided does not work when used in the command prompt, is there any other way to fix this
-
BallsMcLongAss Use
/zombies_minplayer 2
in the console, not in the command prompt (although this should work). Obviously replace 2 by the number of players. -
-
@lResxt command does not work, how are we able to make a public server Since the Link no longer works
-
YoCelery the command works. Host has to put /zombies_minplayer 2 (or any other number) in the in-game console and press Enter to validate it before starting the map
As for public server you could easily find it by searching on Plutonium's website https://plutonium.pw/docs/server/t6/setting-up-a-server/

yo me and my mate tried putting in the command and doing everything you said and we had the same error

Locking this thread as everything important has been said and we don't need 200 messages saying it does not work for them either especially if an explanation has already been given twice in the same thread.
