T6 and IW5 aren't launching

Hello,
T6 and IW5 aren't launching for me. I don't have anti-virus on my system. redlist is up to date according to the files. i don't know what is wrong. Can someone plz help me.

Any errors? Elaborate your issue please. Just "doesn't launch" isn't enough. Also defender is the default AV which comes shipped in with Windows.
