IW5, T4 and T6 not counting towards Steam hours

Small issue, but none of them count toward your Steam playtime. For example:
I have 20 minutes on BO2 MP. I play on Pluto for an hour. Then it says 80 minutes played. But once you start the game again or restart Steam it reverts to 20.

Well, you aren't technically launching it through steam. So, the amount of time you're playing it doesn't count towards steam hours.

Vytosan yes, iw4x still uses a part of steam (for example for the friendlist) but plutonium is entirely disconnected from steam. There is no way to let it count towards steam playtime.
