Can't open a game, keeps crashing

I keeps showing that "Plutonium ran into a problem and must be closed" Print

I recently formatted my pc and its my first time trying to open the game.
I've tried deleting Plutonium on %appdata% and reinstalling. And redownloaded the bo2 file as well.
