Dss0 i'll try that in a couple hours, i have windows defender but at the moment of the installation i had malwarebytes (now i deleted it), also i noticed that my post was moved in bo2 client support but i have problems with mw3 is it the same thing?
@kanyewestiswhite you initially posted in launcher support which is wrong, i assumed you were talking about bo2. But the troubleshooting steps are the same for both games yes.

@kanyewestiswhite try verifying them via steam, if you set the language to italian try changing it back to english. Other than that i'm out of ideas.
