can't open my game while its launched

you see here to the right my desktop. the game is launched i hear te sound of the game, but i cant open it. it stays a black screen and when i click it it send me back to mine deskstop. plz help me

r_fullscreen 0; vid_restart

into the bootstrapper cmd window and hit enter.
