game not launching

i cant start my bo2 plutonium....
i already reinstalled qbittorrent, the pluto game & launcher and it is still not working.
i am launching the game and it keep loading and nothing happens.can somepbody help pls?

If this isn't the case, please elaborate your issue instead of just telling "it doesn't start".
