Launcher is white screen when opening

When i open the launcher the whole thing is white have tried reinstalling, running as admin, rebooting, disabling AV, and troubleshooting nothing has worked so far
Place this redist installer on your desktop then let it finish installing everything. Once this is done restart your PC and try again.
If this still doesn't work then press Win + R, type winver then send a screenshot of the window
