i'm trying to uninstall the plutonium.new but he says that the plutonium.updater.app it's open and I can't find to close even in task manager.

You're still seeding the torrent. Remove the pluto_t6_full_game torrent from your torrent client and try again. If it still shows the same thing, restart your PC.
