Help i have a white screen when i open the launcher

when ever i open the plutonium launcher it shows me a white screen any help!

Delete %localappdata%/Plutonium/config.json and info.json, and try logging in again. If it's still the same thing, change DNS (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10) or use a VPN.
