Suddenly banned?

Played a few games of zombies with friends, came back the next day to a 1 week ban? Any constructive advice as to what may have happened?

afaik you only get banned from the launcher if you injected any sort of cheat / used cheatengine to modify the game in the ONLINE mode. So you mustve done something
