Cheater in Black ops 2

Hi, I have been playing on Plutonium servers for a while now, I appreciate the work that has gone into making the game playable compared to the base version of the game. My problem is I do not know how to properly report a player. I tried using the "console" to do "reportuser" with his name but I don't know if it works. The hackers in game name is Niles, and everyone is watching him use aimbot and wallhacks in the (V3X Domination slums raid standoff) server. If anything can be done that would be great. I love playing Black ops 2 and it sucks when people come in to ruin the fun for everyone.

The syntax basically is
!report user reasonon servers running iw4ma tool. But that ban's just server-specific, if you want him to be banned off Pluto you gotta give some evidence of him cheating. Video proof for example. -
Ah I see, I'll definitely look into trying to get video proof in the future if this keeps occurring. Thank you for the help!
