Will the bots Become working?

Hey Devs, How is it that some servers have functioning bots and it's not with a mod, but in my Private match the Bots just stand still, any Help here you can give me?

Bot Warfare is the mod they are using, servers allow mods to be loaded server-side, so you dont have to download anything, but for private match you'll need to download & set it up.

modstats 0to use the base game stats. -
Chase So how do you set it up in private match then ? I've downloaded the mod correctly but haven't figured out how to summon the bots.
