Nix Socket Connection Lost

Hey i want to Setup my Own Pluto T6 Server. The Server ist mostly done but wenn i Start Up the .bat so my Server starts i Got a Nix Socket Connection Lost Error. I tried some Stuff but nothing worked. The Server Key is in the right place and the Ports i use are Open.. but the Error still exist so what can i do. 
 Would be greatful If you Guys have an Idea to fix it.

Make sure the bootstrapper (%localappdata%/Plutonium/bin/plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe) can communicate through the firewall. You can also try changing your dns servers: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10

Cronix you could try using a vpn if you have one.. other than that no idea.
