When I launch the game I only see play, vault, main menu or quit to choose. No "servers", how ?

Verify your files on steam. This might be caused by having outdated files (from that one other MW3 client).

This is known to be the fix. Get a fresh copy of MW3 via Steam. ( A guide is on these forums)
