Anyways, press Win+R, type winver and screenshot the window.

launcher won't startup, no error just don't startup and i don't know what to do .... i tried solution covered in common launcher lssues & solutions

Resxt The redist won't install it will download, but when trying to install it, itis stuck on 1/13 for many hours I left it running for a few hours. uupon my arrival it was still on 1/13.
