TheRealSENOR96 seems like a connection issue on your end.

• make sure your system time is synced (https://www.groovypost.com/howto/synchronize-clock-windows-10-with-internet-atomic-time/)
• try changing your dns servers (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10)
• if you have any 3rd party firewall software (bitdefender for example) disable it
• make sure your internet connection is stable, try restarting your router and stop any downloads that are running in the background
• try using a vpn

also how long does it take for your pc to load the map? It has a max. of 90s before the server disconnects you.
