I'm currently having a bit of trouble with launching Plutonium, I have just full restarted my pc, moved a 32bit dll file into SysWOW64, but it still gives me this error. If anyone knows how to fix this I would appreciate it very much, thank you.

once said in The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).:

      moved a 32bit dll file into SysWOW64

that most likely broke things instead of fixing them, not a good idea.
That issue can be caused by your antivirus software: https://plutonium.pw/docs/antivirus/
It can also be caused by missing redistributables, download and run this: https://github.com/ChxseH/Redist-Installer/releases/download/latest/Redist-Installer.bat
