@Rosethyname Well it won't be much of help but try to delete the plutonium folder with the antivirus disabled and try to exclude it in your antivirus, maybe that works for you or if it doesn't work, wait for a staff to answer you, sorry if it doesn't help.

@Rosethyname next time upload a screenshot of the error instead it's easier to read.
The error says the file is being used by another process so you either have something accesing it like a cloud syncing program (for example OneDrive) or your antivirus is messing with it so follow these instructions https://plutonium.pw/docs/antivirus/
