Currently will kick anyone trying to join my private server if there are already 4 players in it. Tried on Die Rise and Nuketown.

There is a line in the config that tells you what to edit. It is an
sv_command. -
Sorry, I don't understand what exactly the config is or where to find it, and I dont see any mention of it in the custom games with friends pinned thread.
