Bot Warfare Cusom Classes

Hello there, I have played with Pluto Servers for last couple of days and created two bot servers. All of my servers are on the same VPS. Here comes my question:

Can Bots from Bot Warfare have custom classes? The documentation only opts for minor settings like:

• If the bots should be able to use overpowered and annoying create-a-class selections.
• If the bots should filter bad performing create-a-class selections.

But in a following sentece it is mentioned, that bots remember their loadout:
"Bots each all have different classes, traits, and difficulty and remember it all."

Is ther any way to customize a Bot Loadout?

If so, multiple servers would try to access the same directory in %appdata%, how can I create multiple Bot Loadouts for multiple servers on the same VPS?
