Dome im sorry, its not a proof of anything. The server can be modded and allow players to move during pre-match. Is something many custom servers do.

Dome Well if a server has 18 players and 17 people are wrong it doesn't mean anything unless they all know what they're talking about. What should we see in the video? The fact that they move before the countdown?

Dome This isn't a cheat, it's an exploit. During the start of the game its possible to move during the countdown by switching to codcaster and back to your team and then spawning in.
