Plutonium Error(Failed to check for updates)

Plutonium has been working fine for the past year or so but a day ago this shi started happening

any fixes?

I've tried;
Redownloading the launcher
Downloading my friend's files
Deleting game files n replacing them

Some 3rd party firewall is blocking Pluto. If you've got BullGuard, Bitdefender, or any such similar AVs, disable their firewall feature.

HannesC I'll look into it, though i dont have any anti virus softwares but the one included in windows
