You are still cutting off too much. The console prints out a bit more information about crashes that in your screenshot.

Sounds like you don't have plutonium correctly installed on the server since it can't load the motd files.
Can you delete the Plutonium folder in your appdata, run the launcher to re-download all files and then try again?
