Error trying to start up my server

Hi there I'm having trouble trying to start my server, whenever I open the zm_startserver bat file it infinitely closes and reopens and then when I click on it it says this.

Please help!

zenwtf can you also post the contents of the batch file you use to start the server (!start_mp_server.bat/!start_zm_server.bat)? Don't forget to remove your server key tho.
