Anyway to get random map + gamemode rotations?

Question in the title. Is there a way to do this within the config file or is an external script required?
Could this rotation be set aswell? Certain maps + gamemodes?

Gylactic via normal config a static rotation is only possible. You'd need a script to have such behaviour.

What language would such a script need to be written, if any specific one? Can the rotation queue be changed via the config files while the server is running?
