Wont open the window

Whenever I press play it goes to the bootstrapper then it usually goes onto plutonium bo2 but for some reason it doesn't open bo2 it just sits at home screen and it wont let me click on the window.

Anzi I don't think your issue is very clear could you either describe it better or record a video?

r_fullscreen 0; vid_restartinto the bootstrapper cmd window. -
HannesC whenever i do that it puts me on bo2 but when i try to go in the settings to put full screen on it just goes back to the problem i was having.

Try changing it to borderless fullscreen. Also make sure your drivers are updated to the latest version.
