Why i got banned?

i was trying to log in with my account in the app but it was saying that something was wrong and i kept trying to log in and got a 7 day ban. I haven't even played any game yet.
is it possible to take out the ban?
other question, is caps letters considered different from normal letters ? because if it is, that might be the reason it was giving error.

LuizBaleeiro our logs show you started t6 mp and got banned shortly after. we don't ban people because they have capital letters (or any non-standard letters) in their name, that would be beyond retarded.
