Pluto T5 Confirmed?

Is Plutonium T5 confirmed? I've seen some rumours, but wanted to know if its confirmed, or if the devs are working on it. I only ask because I wanted to check out black ops, but it's expensive, and rekt is either dead, or I get kicked. no ETAs, I just want confirmation.

@Tentha-Chan because there was already RektT5 so having 2 client is bad but to my understanding RektT5 will close/be merged with Plutonium T5 so there is room for another client

It is confirmed plus I think its gonna release very soon since last time I opened plutonium it was installing some of the t5 stuff not sure tho.
