When I go to launch the game it loads for a second, freezes, then closes without opening the game. I've uninstalled my AV, I've excluded plutonium in my settings, I've downloaded DirectX and all that other stuff and it's doing the exact same thing. Please help.

ZenithPLP which av do you or did you use? Tried this? https://plutonium.pw/docs/repair/ Where is your game folder located? Can you post the folder path or a screenshot of the folder with the path visible?

Dss0 I used webroot, but uninstalled it, I've repaired the files already. I own the game so it's through steam: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Black Ops II
