localization.txt and Error: MENU_CONTENT_NOT_AVAILABLE

EDIT, i just downloaded this file and now its working. Maybe someone have the same problem so i don't deleting topic.
NOW i'm getting error MENU_CONTENT_NOT_AVAILABLE but i downloaded DLC and copied that to main MW3 folder. Maybe my localization.txt file is wrong? He came from MW2.
Hi! When i starting plutonium and pressing START i getting message "could not load localization.txt"

Cirix69 i wrtitted about that. i downloaded and copied DLC there. i think the problem is with polish version of the game. i will redownload the game in english version and i will try again

Cirix69 try delete the game and download again but in english version. Maybe this will work. i will try change polish to english and i will let you know

Need to completely delete the game? or enough as the forum shows just change the language in Steam and download 6 GB

Cirix69 to resolve problem with this file just create new .txt file and name him "localization" . Open him and just write "english", save the file and put to main folder of the game. I don't know . i deleted everything. Try with download only language.

If you run the exe outside mw3 /dir it won't show you this error. That's the only time I had this error. -

czysty_spirytus the issue was probably because you had a polish base game but English dlc. They need to match to work.
